“Family friendly cottage in St Andrews”
Reviewed July 8, 2016 for a stay in June 2016

A beautiful cottage in the heart of the golf and social scene in St Andrews. We stayed here with our young children and their grandparents for a long weekend. A short taxi ride from Leuchars train station brought us to this charming cottage which had everything we wanted: warm showers, comfortable beds, a kitchen and a supermarket just a few steps away. I highly recommend this cottage as a place to stay in St Andrews, for golfers or non golfers, it is perfect. It is very baby / child friendly too. Our daughter loved the aquarium within walking distance and we loved the restaurants. Alisa was helpful every step of the booking process. A real treat, we can't wait to return.

Thank you Fiona. It's so good to know that our guests are enjoying our cottage which as you say is so centrally located, and near to public transport if driving isn't an option. Great to know you found everything to your liking in the house and all the comforts required for your needs. We look forward to your return

“What a gem!”
Reviewed May 27, 2015 for a stay in May 2015

Highly recommend this cottage. It is in the heart of St. Andrews, easy access for golf or sightseeing. Extremely clean (seemed to be recently painted), and bright.

A couple of things to know...restrooms are one or two flights up, if that matters to you. The parking is one block toward the ocean. The cottage has a cute little coffee and sandwich shop across the street, and also only one block from all of the restaurants on Market street. The grocery stores are also on Market st. Seemed to be a five minute walk to everything!

Ailsa is extremely attentive and useful.

Can't say enough good things about this rental.

Thanks for your lovely review Darien, and I am so glad you enjoyed your stay and found the cottage so central for everything. Yes, the cottage has just been repainted and re floored/carpeted, so pleased you could enjoy that.

I hope to see you back one day soon.

“Fantastic Location for a Family Stay”
Reviewed April 7, 2015 for a stay in March 2015

We came to visit our son who attends the university, and the location was perfect. He lives in St. Salvator's Hall so it was easy for him to stop in for meals and visits in between classes. We also had our 15-year old son with us, and he had his own floor with his own bathroom because the adults stayed on the third floor. The place is small but well decorated and supplied. We cooked in the kitchen for several meals and everything we needed was there. It's also a short walk to the Tesco and Salisbury's so anything you need is close by. A very nice place in a great town!
