Owner description: Craigtoun Park is a 47 acre park only 2 miles from St Andrews. It's a great day out for the whole family. Try the Rio Grande railway, Crazy Golf, Putting and Puffin,Billy - the road train that takes you round the whole Park. There are boats and pedaloes, a Bouncy castle and pedal cars for the little uns. The cafe serves teas and coffees and has a huge selection of ice creams. Park is open weekends until 28th June and then daily until the end of August, then weekends through September and much of October.

“Fantastic family day”

We visited the park as a family of 4 with a 5yr old and a 16 month old. Everyone had a great day, the staff were lovely and there was so much to do. Highly recommended!

“Fantastic facility”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 23, 2014 via mobile

Visited today with 7 children ranging from 3 to 12 years. Have been coming to this park for years and was saddened to see its decline a few years ago. But how wonderful to see how it has been lovingly restored. All the kids had a wonderful time using all the great facilities. Great value as they were able to go on the train, boats, crazy golf etc as many times as they liked. The grounds are lovely and very well maintained. How lucky are we having such a super park in Fife?

“What a difference...”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 23, 2014

...we as a family of four were pleasantly surprised at the new admission costs to the park. You can decide to have a day pass or have individual tickets to have a go on the attractions. You don't need to pay to just use the park as a place to walk, picnic or to sit around. Like other reviews it's a shame that the Dutch Village has been allowed to get into the state it has, as well as the pond requiring dredging for the row boats and Pedalo's to be able to perform effectively. We had good weather the day we went which brings the park to life. The only slight negative would be the staff which I'm guessing are mainly seasonal not having 'The Banter' as described on the whiteboard at the pond. They all looked bored on the day we went, other than that a good day out.

“Wouldn't rush back”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 22, 2014 via mobile

We today visited the park with my friends . The Dutch village was closed and in bad need of repair ( though this seemed to be going on ) . The pond is in need of a good dredging as many people were catching their oars and we all agreed it's just a bit dated. In the cafe we were informed no hot dogs were ready , there was no ice for our drinks and the glasses we were given were dirty. I was charged an extra £1 for using my debit card on an £18 purchase which is just ridiculous in this day and age. The park area is good enough but the facilities are terrible , I won't rush back

“Lovely day out”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 18, 2014

This park has been upgraded alot. A great day out lots to keep little ones occupied; crazy golf, boats, trampolines, tractor ride, little train, climbing frames, zip wire and lots of open space to run about. Plenty of toilets and a nice cafe not too expensive.

a day ticket for 2 adults and 1 child is £18- good value for money
If you don't have kids, still nice park to walk around and plenty of areas to sit in quiet and admire the flowers.
