“Curator was excellent”
Reviewed March 6, 2013

A big thank you to Kevin who helped me greatly in some research. He was more than happy to dig out what information they had and has so kindly agreed to look further in to some of the bits and pieces I have pulled together so far. Completely delighted!

“Really interesting even if golf isn't your thing!”
Reviewed February 24, 2013

I visited this museum when working in St Andrews and although I am not a golfer, found it a great place to visit because it's so informative and well laid-out.

“A Mine of Information.”
Reviewed January 11, 2013

For a golfer interested in the history and heritage of the game, this is a must-visit. Ones ticket is valid for two days and if time allows i would suggest making two visits in order to be able to assimilate all the information given. The displays are comprehensive; clearly presented with so many artefacts one can learn so much about golf. Just be ware allowing the other half free rein with the credit card in St Andrews; one could be in there so long it could cost a fortune!

“Ideal for rainy morning”
Reviewed January 9, 2013

The materials relating to more recent open winners was very interesting, perfect way to spend an hour out the rain. There is also a putting green kids can have a go on. We got in for free- so it was great.

“Absolutely AMAZING!!!!”
Reviewed December 28, 2012 via mobile

This is a lovely museum that has everything a golfer needs to know about golf. A great place to go after a round on the old course, and the staff are very attentive. It is also great for kids, as there are a few quizzes to keep you interested and alert. There is even a chance to have a go at putting, which is great fun. It is also free between christmas and the new year, which is great value for money.
