My husband and I visited St Andrews for a weekend in the Easter Holidays and stayed in the Suite 12 room. We had a fantastically relaxing break and could not fault the B&B at all. Pam is very friendly, as is her beautiful dog Bunty! The breakfasts were delicious ~ particularly the fruit salad. The room is spotless, beautifully decorated, with all the mod cons you could hope for, the super kingsize bed is gorgeous and the view over the East Sands is just breathtaking. The location of the B&B is perfect because it's so quiet and you can park outside your room, plus the walk into St Andrews is a leisurely 15 mins stroll along the sea path which takes in delightful views of the coast. Highly recommend the B&B and we will definitely return on our next trip to St Andrews.

This delightful B&B offers not only spotless accommodation, very comfy beds and beautifully appointed rooms- plus also a "holiday" in a short w/end!

For me seeing the Fife coast out of the picture-sized velux window , whilst sipping tea from a St.Andrew's pottery mug was just bliss!

(not to mention the beautiful wee tete-a-tete daffodil's that had been thoughtfully placed in the room, and seemed to be similarly glimpsing the outdoors from their corner of window ledge too! )

Pam (proprietor) has clearly apparently thought of everything to make a stay at No.12 a pleasure and we certainly intend coming back again, as I'm truly amazed just how much more rejuvenated and well rested we both feel now.

Thank you for your hospitality, and we definitely aim to see St .Andrew's & No.12 again soon.

Sula and John B.

Suite No12 B&B is amazing!!! Our room was perfect. We both really enjoyed the breakfast and our little treats when we came back at night to our room. Pam was very flexible about breakfast and always asked us what would suit our needs. We stayed for 4 nights and will be staying there again. The walk along the coast, the great food, nice room and most of all great conversation really enhanced our stay!!!!!!
