We took over the whole hotel (all three rooms) and were made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was superb, rooms very clean and homely and the en-suite was fully equipped with everything you need. It is within easy walking distance from both coach and rail stations and also Kirkcaldy town centre. Check out the three course lunches at the Beverage Park hotel for £6.99 you will not be disappointed.

We unfortunatley came back to KirKcaldy for a Funeral, From our arrival to departure we felt as if we belonged. Nothing was to much trouble , it was as if we were staying with family. Food was excellent, Rooms absolutley immaculate, Facillities were well received. Not far from Town Centre but far enough away for total peace and quiet if needed. this FourStar has a definate Five Star Feel to it without being over the top.

My wife and I have just arrived back from staying at the Invertiel Bed and Breakfast in Kirkcaldy Scotland on the 21 and 22 December 2009, and I felt that I just had to place this short note on your message board to express our appreciation and thanks for the way we were looked after by Melaina (I hope this is splet correctly) and Joe, our stay felt as if we were visiting old friends, from our welcoming arrival and their attention to detail throughout our complete stay, I would recommend anyone staying in the Kirkcaldy area to visit and thanks again.

We've stayed in this B&B more than twenty times now over the last few years, (and also in their other location in Kirkcaldy before they moved some years ago). The breakfasts are first class with extra touches like a selection of fresh fruits, yoghurts, cheese and oatcakes, and all this in addition to the traditional full Scottish breakfast. So, even if you're here for a week or so you never tire as there's always a choice. Linda and Harry are very welcoming and the rooms are immaculate and comfortable, again with extra touches like a selection of dvds to choose from and free internet access in the bedrooms. The location's good too - just a 5 minute walk from the station and 10 mins from the High street. This is always our first choice when we're in Kirkcaldy!

We discovered this by chance having left a very poor Strathearn hotel (See seperate review). After knocking on the Invertiel door and being shown the room our holiday was back on track. Linda & Harry were extremely friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We must have saved a lot of money not buying lunch, because you didn't need it after the breakfast served by Linda. A range of fruit, cereals and yoghurts were available which was then followed by a full cooked breakfast. The room was extremely well presented, with multiple finishing touches such as fresh fruit, chocolates and a range of DVD's to play in the LCD TV. The shower room / toilet was also to a very high standard.
