Having only visited here for drinks in the past, myself, husband and daughter found ourselves looking for somewhere to eat on a Tuesday evening around 4.45pm, and our regular High Street restaurants hadn't opened for the evening yet, so we thought we would give it a try. We were the only people in the place, and were still the only people here when we left at 6.30pm, a fact we found bizarre considering how good the food was. We had the £25 three courses for two with a bottle of wine deal, which was excellent value. We both had the prawn risotto starter, and both had the Thai chicken curry main (which was exceptional, albeit the portion wasn't large enough, could have ate that twice!). Husband had the white chocolate and orange fondent and I had the coconut creme brulee, both were delicious and served with two slices of shortbread. My daughter had the kids pasta which the chef kindly took back and changed because it wasn't what she expected the first time, however, when it came back she loved it and ate the lot. Can't believe the place wasn't busy, we'll definitely be back.
