Stayed here for a wedding. Booked 4 rooms for family members. Friendly caring staff went out of their way to provide a few bits for our 11 month old grandaughter in next room making her parents life a bit easier.
Reception were happy to arrange taxis for guests to the wedding and on one evening arranged a meal for 17 in the restuarant.
We have family in Glenrothes and normally use the travelodge on the other side of the road but will be premier Inn from now on as could not fault the rooms or the service.

Not a bad little hotel. Room was a bit cold and the brewers fayre pub wasn't amazing but all in all a good nights sleep and very helpful staff. They had arranged so we could check in early so we could get ready to attend a wedding which was great and it was no hassle to organise taxis for us.

We stayed 22 days in a family room (room 101). Considering the price paid, we thought it was spacious and excellent value. Queen size bed was comfortable once we placed an additional quilt over the bed sheet. Small TV and coffee/tea making facilities were fine. Bathroom consists of shower over bath - tiles could do with a re-grout and squeaky door serviced (to be fair, if we had informed the staff, I'm sure the door would have been rectified quickly). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant/bar offered reasonably priced quality meals. Ample parking available at front and back of premise. We heard that there is a newer wing (from 2 years ago) available. We stayed at this particular hotel due to family vicinity and if necessary, we would not hesitate to return.

Food next door is great. Reception staff were very good. Clean and tidy rooms as to be expected of the Premier Inn chain.
Its location is not ideal for a quiet night as it is right by the dual carriageway and some rooms will be noisy which is what I found, coupled with people leaving the restaurant and getting into their cars in the rear car park.
For a quieter night, do not sleep in rooms, ground or first floor, at the back of the hotel, which face the dual carriageway and restaurant.
Otherwise no problems.

Typical Premier Inn, used recently on a business trip, helpful staff, good nights sleep, reasonable bar restaurant next door. I would say the main hotel is getting a little dated. But still very acceptable.

Not a bad place, Acceptable for what it is.
Standard Premier Inn Room. Comfortable bed. Spacious room.
Shower was good and powerful. Only shower curtain was not great.
Wifi was ok a bit expensive though.
Breakfast was a buffet/continental style. It was ok not great.

Next door is a pub so you can go there for dinner. Dinner there was not great, but you just have to watch what you order. I had Battered fried Squid, it was awful, it was soo greasy an had so many plain batter pieces. The steak I had was not much better either, lacked flavor. Colleagues meals were not great either.
