stayed at hotel Saturday 12th November for one night. Reception staff very pleasant when we arrived. Room was lovely and spacious. Nice and cosy just felt like having a wee night in. Room spotless and bed comfy. Hotel close to the town Centre so not far to walk after our night out. Full english breakfast in morning was fab. All staff very helpful. Would go back

Stayed here on Saturday 12th November for 1 night as we were going to the Alhambra theatre for a concert. Ideally situated in the city, a short walk to theatre, shops and restaurants. The Khushi Indian restaurant is close by and well worth a visit also.
The hotel is very clean and has a welcoming staff. Our room (34) overlooked the car park at the rear and was very tastefully decorated with a lovely en-suite. The most comfortable double bed we've had in a hotel for a long time. Breakfast was included in our price and comprised the full Scottish affair with a plentiful supply of toast, butter and jams, tea/coffee. Also yoghurts, cereals, grapefruit segments and fruit juice. Very tasty and filling.
Can't fault the hotel itself, but after midnight the noise outside the hotel from lots of young people enjoying themselves did reach full pitch. Take a set of earplugs or just do what we did and have another nightcap!
Brilliant stay, and if we are back in Dunfermline, this will be our first choice of hotel. Thanks to all staff. We enjoyed it greatly.

Visited this hotel with a group of 8 people on a reasonably busy Saturday night. Loud music/Karaoke in main bar. There is a "quiet Conservatory" but this was "against the rules" to use this room (despite there being no signage to that effect). We walked out and went to a bar where they wanted our custom!

Room Tip: Don't stay here!

The hotel is in a prime location right in the heart of the city. Hotel parking is limited, but a large public car park is available nearby.
Staff were very welcoming and room was lovely and had obviously been rennovated recently with lovely big bed, large flat screen tv, new carpets, doors and shower room.

Restaurant was part of one of the bars in hotel, both which were busy on being a Saturday night.

The breakfast was very good again served by very helpful pleasant staff. Generally the hotel was very good and very reasonably priced.

The place appeared ideal until just after midnight when the youth of Dunfermline started to leave / go to bars / clubs and the noise was incredible with signing, shouting, laughing, arguing, but not any fighting carrying on until well after 2.30am, making it impossible to sleep.

Had we had some ear plugs it would have been an ideal place to stay. Maybe the hotel should start leaving ear plugs in the rooms to allow guests to get a decent night sleep.

Until they do make sure to take some with you if you plan to stay here at weekend.

This is a shame for the hotel as it is a nice hotel in perfect location, apart from the noise late at night

Room Tip: Our room was at back of hotel, which was away from main road and should have been quiet, but noise was awful. I suspect only room you would get a decent sleep in at this hotel is one where you have brought ear plugs with you

The hotels location is super.very much in the city center and very close to a very large well keep park.at night you do get a bit of noise from nearby pubs and clubs and this can go on until the early hours.the room was clean, but could do with a bit of a repaint.the shower room was a bit small, but was fine for me.the only thing that i could knock the room for was the mattress which was too soft, but this is a taste thing.the staff are friendly and have happy to help.the breakfast was good and you get the food quickly.a good value hotel to stay in.
