The location is convenient, the hotel totally fine. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Nice and simple modern interior, clean, and quiet. Did not use the breakfast, as that is somewhat expensive for how little we eat. We would definitely use this hotel again on a next trip. Recommended.

Fab located hotel with stylish and comfortable interiors. Super friendly helpful staff upgraded us to a king room at the rear. Spacious comfortable room with the benefit for German design. Excellent bathroom with wonderful shower. Didn't have breakfast!

We just stayed there over the weekend and were very lucky with the weather in November. So the rooms are really small, but there is all you need if you are looking for a beautiful and clean place, just to sleep. For us, who spended a lot of time in the city and in scotland itself, it was perfect. Not that expensive and surprisingly comfortable.
This hotel was in a great location. Just off Princes street, it is in walking distance of shops, restaurants, attractions and not to far form the Old Town.
The room was perfect for what I needed, clean and tidy too!
First time in this particular hotel but am familiar with brand. This one lives up to expected standards. The entrance is tucked round the corner from the apple store and is in West Register Street. Very close to Waverley Station. Once inside you could be in any Motel One wit #h friendly staff and rooms maintained to a high standard and very clean.
