I stayed here in a group of four (aged between 23-28), we booked up for a two night stay somewhere not too pricey as we didnt plan on staying in alot & were going to see Kings of Leon @ Murrayfield one of the nights. On arriving, it took us five minutes to find a reception & the apartment wasnt ready but not to fussy about this! When we were taken into the two bedroom
Apartment i was pleasantly surprised! Bedroom 1 had a water bed, was en suite, bedroom two was plain but clean & comfertable, kitchen fully equiped, living room lovely with plasma tv & lovely views. Bathroom great size too. Overall the apartment was beautiful, clean & well worth the money. The gentleman who runs the place is brilliant... What a character, he provided us with milk, bread, tea etc etc. I would definately without a doubt stay here again! It is slightly out of town but cheap to get the bus or a taxi into Edinburgh (the manager had left us taxi numbers, in our welcome pack).
I would reccomend if visiting Edinburgh, one of the ghost tours, we went Auld Reekie tours when visiting & its a great experience! Thumbs up for this place!

we were a family party of three, and stayed in apt.6 at 149 (flat 1) for seven days. We enjoyed, there are bus stops nearby, in 10/15 min. you will be in Old Town, taxi stations also are quite near. You can order food at a very close chinese take-away; at least three convenience stores are very near too. I had some health needs, and the pharmacy was at a short distance by feet, as well as the medical centre of the community, where they give you medical prescriptions for medicines. When we were tired we went back "home" and rest, watching tv or radio programs.

Our last nights stay in Scotland,on a 5 day tour which included overnights in budget B&B's commercial and four star hotel's.Frankly (festival in full swing) this was the only place available on our budget.
But no complaints from us; spacious clean, functional accomodation. Complimentary milk tea and coffe, yes it's not in the city (15min by frequent bus) and the local boozer looks best left to the locals. We showed up 2 hours early, no problems staff friendly and informative,we had a top night out on the town, short inexpensive cab ride back followed by a great nights sleep what more do you want?

The apartments are in a nice suburb of Edinburgh only 5mins drive from the city. They are modern, clean and completely kitted out with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Just bring your groceries. I was amazed with my flat here, the owner is a lovely gentleman who encourages repeat business. I can safely recommend this business to anyone not wanting a small, dull hotel room. The flat is huge !
