Reasonably priced and comfortable hotel with very good location by pretty Newhaven harbour. Easy access to central Edinburgh by frequent buses. Do not recommend Brewer's Fayre but Loch Fyne very close to the hotel has delicious food.

Handy location. Basic with everything you need. You know what you are getting with Premier Inn's & this hotel was no exception. Didn't really like need computerised check-in - bit impersonal but this didnt affect our stay. The staff member on reception was friendly. Parking was good. Lift a bit on the small side but adequate. No iron in room but has everything else. Would recommend

Overall lovely experience. Had a room over-looking the waterfront, although not overly scenic but rooms were clean & comfy. Breakfast was a good standard. Dinner in restaurant attached basic, standard pub food. Would stay again if in the area.

Within easy reach of city centre, near main bus routes. Plenty of places near by in easy reach to eat at. Clean, comfy and breakfast good and value for money. People above our room were noisy, mentioned to staff and refunded us for the evening. Ideal for short family, good value for money city break. Friendly and helpful staff. We were told Sunday parking is free but its not. Day tickets for main bus reasonable and easy just make sure you have correct money before waiting for a bus.

We needed to change rooms as the bed dipped in the middle. Bex found us a new room. Unfortunately the cleaning staff were less than efficient and I even had to go to reception when we nearly ran out of toilet paper that should have been replaced when the room was cleaned. Overall a nice hotel.
