I stayed at Beverley for a few days and the welcome was very warm. The host gave me lots of information on Edinburgh and the surroundings. The room was not very big but clean and very well furnished. The breakeast was perfect to me with lots of things to choose from and very tasty. It was easy to get to the centre of Edinburgh by taking a bus. Overall I advise this charming hotel.

We stayed here after good reviews seen in Trip Advisor.Situated in a great location next to the west end with free parking outside. Our twin room was located at the front. A really nice modern bathroom plus a nice touch of two leather chairs and table so we could have a coffee without being on the bed. Judy made us feel welcome with an excellent breakfast served. i would definetly stay here again.

The B&B was beautifully decorated, the rooms were very nice, the breakfasts were excellent, and Judy and Hutch were gracious and helpful hosts. We were pleased to be able to print some needed documents in the small room in the entryway. We felt very comfortable and cared for.

I stayed this weekend at The Beverley, I can't recommend it enough, Judy & Hutch are excellent hosts. Nothing was too much trouble, I stayed in the Rose Room and it was just perfect. The Beverley is well situated on the bus route to and from town, buses are frequent and a £3.50 ticket lasts the whole day and you can use it on as many buses as you so wish. The Beverley is on a lovely tree lined Avenue, I was taken up with things in town but hope to explore the area next time.

Room Tip: I had Room 2 on the first floor as it is a single room and it was delightful.

I stayed at the Beverley for one night, arriving just after lunch as I had quite a lot of studying to do. Judy was really helpful and didn't appear to be concerned at my early arrival. She said I could use the computer with wifi access for the afternoon in the little room near the entrance which really helped me complete my work.
The atmosphere was so friendly. Room was lovely and clean and bed very comfortable. Loved the sugared almonds at reception :)
Nothing was too much trouble. The B&B is situated a stone's throw from Haymarket station on the West of Edinburgh. A really lovely quiet tree lined avenue.
Good choice of breakfast and plenty to eat plus on tap filter coffee.
The B&B was excellent and my only complaint is that it isn't near Edinburgh University otherwise I would book it every month. Would definitely recommend

Room Tip: I stayed in the Macintosh room which was downstairs next to the breakfast room. It was quiet and had...

This was our first stop on our Scotland tour and our first bed and breakfast EVER. We enjoyed our stay completely. Not only did the owners contact us before we left the US, they invited us to check in early so we could leave our bags and not worry about what to do with them the rest of the day. They also gave us information about where best to exchange our US money (Marks & Spencers, M&S on Princess Street) and all the information about what buses to catch to and from their home. The home is located on a quaint and quiet hill, just a small walk from the bus stop! And breakfast every morning was huge and delicious we didn't even have to stop our touring of Edinburgh for lunch we were so full. Will definitely recommend to friends.
