Visited a couple days ago, in a great sunny day with no wind. Such a peaceful place to go!!! The water was good, kids were playing around and having fun, we had a cone of ice cream and a very good 2 hours walking and having fun. Definitely recommend this lovely sandy beach!!

A lovely long promenade and a clean beach, the people were super friendly
First kids park I went to all you could smell was urine and I couldn’t stand the smell and left, the second was better.
No real decent place to eat however there were plenty of food vans if you don’t mind having no seat etc
We spent two weeks in an apartment overlooking this beach and I loved every minute. The changing tides, weather and activities on the beach were amazing. One day a whole platoon of soldiers was exercising on the beach including getting fully immersed in the water in their uniforms. Even on windy, cold and wet days a few hardy souls were walking their dogs. How brave! Gorgeous in any season or weather.
