Fabulous venue for our Uni girls reunion. Spotlessly clean. Well equipped. Comfy beds. Great location.
This property is so convenient, minutes from shops and excellent restaurants. The property is well equipped if you want to prepare meals, I stay with friends and we always eat out. A welcome pack ,including wine is a lovely touch. The beds are comfortable, plenty hot water and with three bathrooms no queuing. This is a large spacious house suitable for a family or a group of friends, with two sitting rooms room to sit quietly too.
I booked this place for my 30th birthday having seen it on another website. We all flew up via airplane and got the flyer to Princes street.
This place was easy to find and having liaised with the property managers (who were extremely helpful) arrived in no time at all.
We were greeted with a big hamper full of delicious items, clean and spacious rooms with high ceilings and 3 floors of bedrooms. The 2 double bedrooms at the top were very big with en-suites, followed by a double on the ground floor with a bathroom next to it.
The kitchen was also very modern, big and a great place to congregate for breakfast and to start the evening celebrations.
The lounge was clean, had plenty of furniture and an electric log burner which heats up very fast.
The location of the house is just off Rose street about 4 minute walk away which has shops and bars. Not far after is Prince's street about a 7 minute walk. As you can imagine, this is a great location, quiet but convenient.
I cannot fault this place what soever and everyone who stayed couldn't believe how we found this booking!
I would highly recommend and would not hesitate booking next time i come to Edinburgh.
We were three (middle-aged!) couples meeting up for two days of culture, shopping, good food and general fun. The house suited us perfectly. It was spacious, beautifully appointed, warm and handy for walking everywhere. The welcome pack was more than generous and although we did little cooking, the kitchen was well-equipped if you wanted to do so. Contact with the property owner beforehand was excellent and we requested and received some very good suggestions for restaurants in the area. Edinburgh was as wonderful as ever and I am sure we will be back again before too long!
(Please note - The house is on several floors and also up steps from the street so may not suit guests with limited mobility)
Perfect for a visit to Scotland for my sons wedding, 3 couples, a teen and a 6 week old and everything was as we would like it. Wonderful welcome pack, the best we have ever had, would not hesitate to book again.
A fantastic location and a lovely place to stay. Central location and lots of bars and restaurants nearby to offer plenty of choice. Hassle free to organise and great amenities. Seven of us stayed and we had plenty of space. We would definitely recommend it.
