I've discovered the place only recently and it became my favourite coffee shop in town straight away. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and definately the best coffee in town.

We were hanging out for a flat white and when we saw the Allpress coffee sign we made a beeline for this cafe. And were not disappointed. Excellent well made flat white and good selection of food. Go for the coffee if nothing else.

It was so good the first time, we went back again! We recommend the soups, and the cappuccinos were the best we found in Edinburgh. Great and friendly service from the two guys.

More blends would be appreciated rather than just Allpress. The food looked like it had been thrown together a bit. The cafe lacks character- looks a bit like an ikea showroom which means not a great atmosphere! On the plus sides there's outdoor seating which is great on a sunny day, and the coffee is still far, far better than the Costa next door!! I think this place has the potential to be awesome, but as yet that potential hasn't been reached.
