Excellent staff, very knowledgeable of local area and excursions. We're able to give lots of advice on our trip to see the sights. Also more than willing to help with any issues.
Very comfortable bed.

I always enjoy staying in Premier Inn hotels as they are cleans and have conformable beds and a decent restaurant. The Edinburgh Premier Inn was no exception to this rule. This staff were all very friendly and helpful.

When I checked in, as it was a business trip and I was alone, I learnt about the hotels 'single ladies' policy. This means that if you are a woman checking in alone they will not read out your room number, but rather hand you the room key with the number face down and give you general directions. This is in case somewhere were to over hear or look at the key when it was placed on the desk and follow you. This policy made me feel much safer and was an idea I had never considered before.

I would also like to note that when I ordered a coffee at the bar with soy milk I learnt that if you want soya milk for your room, rather than the standard dairy pots, you can ask. They give you a carton of the special soya milk that can be poured directly into hot drinks. This made my stay even more pleasant and I will certainly be asking for this at future Premier Inn stays.

Firstly, the location of this hotel is first class for sight seeing as it is close to all the major city attractions. on arrival at 10.00 am we were let into our room early which was very good as we were not due till 2pm. i found the room clean and all amenities in good working order. the staff were very nice and made me feel welcome. When i am away i like to have a full breakfast and this hotel did'nt dissapoint. the fry up was first class. All said i was very pleased with all aspects of this city centre hotel and would recomend a stay here. I will surely stay here again on my next visit to Edinbourgh.
