I stay here regularly, and despite them charging you £3 for 24 hours wi-fi, you gamble that the signal works. Sometimes it's ok, but mostly it's rubbish. Last night it didn't work and I had to go into the Costa Coffee unit to get a signal. As it closes at 7pm, I was left without wi-fi for the rest of the night.
I booked the restaurant at 7-30pm, and it was busy, to the extent that the staff were overwhelmed and couldn't cope. I waited over ten minutes for someone to ask if I was ready to order, and whe no-one bothered, I left and drove to a take-away a couple of miles away.
The room was typical Premier Inn - if they want to attract people, try offering Sky Sports and selling (or complimentary) newspapers . I don't know about budget prices, my room cost £92.
