This is our second visit to the national museum of Scotland , and we still have not seen it all. There is so much to see and do in this magnificent building for everyone. I can also recommend the Brasserie for lunch. if you go to Edinburgh for a day out don t miss this museum you will
Not be disappointed. the millennium clock is just amazing.

We found this place on the sightseeing bus tour. We were very surprised once we got in. There is a wealth of things to see. Our five year old particularly liked the interactive exhibitions on the ground floor. We didn't have very long to visit, but would recommend, and its free!

There is always plenty to see at this museum. This visit was to see the Viking exhibition, which was excellent. Although we have been to the museum before, it is always worth a second or even third visit. It is free except for special exhibitions.

A large spacious museum with loads of stuff to see that is clearly attractive to both young and old. Some of the organisation of it seemed a little chaotic bu it probably made sense to the curators.
