We were a group of 7 adults (22-25y.o). The apartment was big with 3 floors, 1 w/c and 2 bathrooms, a big living room with perfect view, nice kitchen and very very warm. The apartment was quite dirty and all the towels also, we went to the reception to ask for new towels and they gave us new sets without additional charge. Despite this thing, i think that is perfect choice for groups and families. Near city center,5min from the nearest supermarket, 10min walk from lothian street, parking and perfect view! It is next to the canal!

Room Tip: If you are group choose the corner appartment near the bridge!

Just back from a weekend at these apartment in Edinburgh. Really enjoyed the apartment. Ground floor apartment as we had a buggy for our one year old. Great large hall with laminate flooring - ideal for our children. Very good facilities in the kitchen. About a 10 minute walk from GRassmarket area where we picked up the sightseeing bus tour. Would stay again, just be aware that the pre authorise your card for £200 (its more if you use the car parking facility) and it can take a few days for the funds to be released back - we paid our security deposit in cash so got it straight back once apartment was checked on departure,

Room Tip: If travelling with children ask for ground floor.

Managed to get a good deal on booking.com and stayed 2 nights over weekend. Apartment was clean, spacious and had everything required a lads knees up. Check in and check out was pretty easy and considering it was really busy, didn't have any issues with noise. They take a 200 pound deposit but as long as you don't destroy the place you will get it back. 15 min walk from princes street and plenty pubs shops in the area! Would definitely stay again if the price is the same!

Very modern apartments in west of the city centre. Stayed here as part of stag party and we had three apartments for two nights and it worked out at only £50 for the weekend per man.
Our apartment had one bedroom with two single beds and sofa bed, modern bathroom with power shower, sky tv, all cooking facilities and kitchenware, balcony and under floor heating.
Location is a bit out of the city centre but was a good 10 min walk to Grassmarket and about £5 in a taxi.
I can't believe how cheap this was for high end accommodation.
NB: They do put a £200 hold on a card for damages per apartment

We stayed for one night on New Year's Eve for the Hogmanay celebrations. We were first shown to our room which was on the ground floor with the bedroom windows facing the street right beside the reception. As it was new year we thought there would be a lot of street noise so we requested to move. They offered us an alternative room around the back away from the Main Street which was actually much bigger and to a slightly higher spec. We were delighted that they were able to accommodate our wishes. It was indeed very quiet and we slept well. One couple was in the bedroom and one on the sofa bed in the living room which was plenty big enough and comfortable.

Being nye we paid a very high rate, £250 but this was standard rates for the city and the quality of the accommodation was excellent. We liked the kitchen facility and being able to cater for ourselves.
We walked into the city down to princes street quite easily, perhaps a 15 minute walk.

The only thing I didn't like was that the doors really bang if you don't keep a hold of them and close them softly. This could be a problem if some people or children are trying to sleep and others are awake. A soft close function would, for me, bring the standard of the accommodation up from very good to excellent.

Room Tip: If the room is not to your liking, ask to see another, they were very accommodating for us.
