What a wonderful museum to commemorate the dead of Scotlands two world wars ... supreme and brilliant.

There is so much history that we are unaware of and places like this bring it all to life. Very informative and well set out.

Great history, very interesting! Free admission as it is situated within Edinburgh castle. Was a great find as we didnt know it was there. Quite modern on the inside with great artefacts and videos

Located within Edinburgh Castle (with no additional charge beyond the castle entrance fee), the museum building itself is impressive and beautiful. I asked one of the guard/caretakers a question, and we had an interesting and informative (to me) conversation.

(Food and other amenities are available at the castle but not within the museum itself.)

This museum is located in the Castle. I really enjoyed it! It gives a nice overview of Scotland's military history and has nice artifacts and reconstructions and original medals and maps. The Museum is free of charge for those visiting the Castle.
