Don't expect anything fancy here which is part of its charm. Our family of 8 (4 couples) went here yesterday. Three of the men golfed. The women walked along with the golfers (at no charge). It was uncrowded and unhurried. The dress requirements were not stringent. The price for 18 holes and rental of clubs was reasonable. The golf course is beautiful. It has a mixture of links style holes and what we are used to at other courses. The people at the front desk were extremely helpful. Our one son-in-law stayed at the course shop in the lounge reading as he wasn't feeling well. He was expecting a little nicer "club house". There were snacks available. Beautiful views from the golf course. The rough is pretty tough--bring extra balls. Evidently there is a "wee nine hole" golf course that we didn't know about until after we had started. No golf carts available. This is a walking golf course. We used pull carts.
