“Great service goid food”
Reviewed October 8, 2013 via mobile

We went in on a Saturday night and were looking for a table for 10. We were told an hoyr and a half wait. We went away and came back after just over a hour and were shown straight to our table. We had a little wait for our mains but they were really busy so was understandable. But when it arrived we all enjoyed the food. Our waitress had the patients of a saint and was happy professional and really good at her job. Overall would go back again even though it is not the cheapest place.

“Small but very cool”
Reviewed October 6, 2013

Was expecting it to be a little bit bigger. I was convinced there was a basement or a 2nd floor and kept looking for either but then when I asked they said there wasnt. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Try the local legendary burger with haggis!!! What a pleasant surprise. Location could have been a bit better. Its on a main road but I was hoping it would be on the royal mile. They should really expand. There seemed to be a lacking of memorabilia as well. Nothing was really that great or awe inspiring. But it was a great time none the less. Did some pin trading and the staff was super pumped to do that.

Reviewed October 1, 2013

Out for a late lunch in Edinburgh with my friend we both were very hungry and agreed to go to Hard Rock Cafe we were greeted with extremely friendly and welcoming staff who said they love working there as its a great place to work and fun too. We were seated and our waiter took our drinks order cocktail in keepers glasses what a great idea he had !!!a souvenir to remind us of a fab day out .The cocktails were perfect tthe waiter was very nice indeed helping us with every thing we wanted . Fajitas! what a feast the plates arrived full of cheeses salsa etc four wraps each and a sizzling plate of chicken and peppers etc it was amazing nice wipes tp clean hands afterwards too. The waiter was full of fun and made our visit the best .Id forgotten my Hard Rock rewards card so the waiter went out to the foyer and sorted it all out for me a great lunch well worth the visit even if u are very hungry portions are large .

“Gluten free friendly and super service”
Reviewed October 1, 2013 via mobile

Had a lovely lunch in the Hard Rock Cafe Edinburgh with my partner. We shared the chicken wings to start and both had a burger for our mains - mine without the bun obviously. The staff were very friendly and are obviously trained in American style customer service which meant they were super helpful and informative about what was available to me but a bit over familiar for my taste. The food was great and we left absolutely stuffed which is always a nice surprise when usually coeliacs are under-catered for! Would recommend!
