“Sunny November Walk”
Reviewed November 17, 2013

This was really quite an easy hill walk and worth it for the views across the city and surrounding countryside!

“Go there!”
Reviewed November 10, 2013

Calton Hill is definitely one of my absolute favorite spots in Edinburgh. It's best at night, although it can be quite windy and cold. It's super easy to walk up there, nothing in comparison to Arthur's Seat - but the view is just as good, if not even better!

“Fabulous treck”
Reviewed November 9, 2013

Walked up Calton Hill in the morning, and I had a fabulous view of the city. Its a much easier walk than Arthur's seat, the monuments are a plus and there is a nice art gallery at the top. I would recommend.

“Worth the walk!”
Reviewed November 8, 2013

Not the most accessible of attractions, with the main access point being up a set of steep steps, but worth it for what I consider to be one of the most iconic views of Edinburgh, the view straight down Princes Street alongside the Gardens, all overlooked by the beautiful Edinburgh Castle. In the other direction Leith and the Firth of Forth can be seen in one stunning panorama. On a clear day it is unmissable!
