I did notice that towel was not changed only rehung a couple of days - overall the hotel is clean and centrally located to best experience the city as it is - staff was very helpful and service in resturant and at the bar

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us at The Bonham Hotel.
I am delighted that you found the staff very helpful and enjoyed our bar and restaurant.
At The Bonham we try our best to help the environment and reduce our carbon footprint as much as possible. Our "Green Policy" is that towels are replaced on request or if they are left in the bath/shower otherwise they are rehung on the towel rail. Every little helps.

Looks fab, really great food, sumptuous rooms. The breakfast is better than any other I have stayed in, in Edinburgh. Everything has been recently re-furbed, but keeping its historic character. 10 mins walk to Princes Street

Our room was quite spacious, overlooking the park with its leafy tree setting. The front desk staff was very friendly and let us know about the queen's annual garden party at the Palace which was being held during our visit as a special destination for our exploration of the city. They also helped out with directions and local information. Breakfast was elegantly served and cooked to order. The shortbread cookies decorated with American flag frosting on the 4th of July were tasty, too.

The last two nights of our honeymoon and I saved the best till last. I got brownie points for this booking and have to say what a superb hotel and staff. Made our stay memorable. We will be back don't know when, but we will be back.

Overall fantastic - would definitely recommend. Could not fault. The staff were great and the food was amazing. Bedroom and corridors lovely... the lounge and bar look great. Love the staircase too! Wonderful.
