The hotel was lovely & clean, very friendly staff. Easy walking distance to town centre without being too busy. Restaurant food was delicious, slightly pricey but flavour was definitely there. Shame lifts were down for over 24 hours

Just re-furbished (4/19). Lovely hotel, interior elegant and comfy. Great location near City centre. Very helpful and friendly staff. Menu for food and wine a little limited, however food very good. No family amenities (stayed with our 9 year old), however this wasn’t a problem and eating at the restaurant or being in one of the lounges didn’t feel like children not allowed - staff engaging and friendly. Would recommend for short break close to all Edinburgh has to offer. Would return.

Great hotel, great location. Staff were nothing bit friendly and accommodating.. Keith at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with! Top of the range customer service and worth every penny. Our room was stunning with a great view !

We love staying at the Bonham 4th time this year.Staff on reception very welcoming.We stayed in room 305 which was lovely.Breakfast was delicious recommend the eggs Benedict.Had a chilled out two night stay to celebrate my birthday.Great location only a short walk to town.

The hotel is beautiful, ecologically aware and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Our waitress (Jessica) was incredibly attentive and went out of her way to ensure that all the food I was served was 100% vegan. This included creating a dish that wasn’t on the menu (delicious pasta!!) and advising me on the breakfast choices available to me.
Nothing seems like too much effort for the staff, even during busy periods. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return!
