We read the reviews on here before choosing this B&B and our expectations were still exceeded. I arrived after a very long day and was exhausted and I was welcomed in and offered refreshments. There were cakes, biscuits and fudge in the room as well as whisky - what more could you ask for?
The room was large, spotless and full of home comforts. Fresh towels and gowns were provided and the bathroom was beautiful and again, spotlessly clean (shower gel, soaps, shampoo and conditioner were all provided) - after a long jacuzzi bath, I felt like I'd been to the spa.
Breakfast (one of the most important things for me when I am away) was perfect. Full cooked breakfast and continental breakfast with all the trimmings including various homemade jams (and homemade apple and walnut cake) and a large selection of fresh fruits and yoghurt. We were also offered a variety of drinks. The cappucino was great. Breakfast time was very flexible which is unusual but meant we were able to have a good lie-in on the Sunday, our day of departure (sadly).
Joon and Peter were the perfect hosts - kind and couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable. One of the best B&Bs we have ever stayed in and excellent value for money. We hope to be coming back and have recommended to our family and friends.
