I go out for dinner a lot, and of all the places to eat in Edinburgh, Indaba has to be my favourite. Despite being tucked away on an unassuming side street in (let's face it) a shady part of town, it's always busy and bustling. We popped in on a Monday night and didn't even have to reserve a table. We had the best tapas we'd ever tried; there's a really great selection of interesting bits and bobs on the menu so it's like a carnival in your mouth. After the meal, we were even given a complementary shot of something boozy.Although we've tried to pop back a few times, it's always been fully booked: which makes me happy because it means that, even although I haven't been able to stuff my face with their excellent food, other people are getting the chance to. Plus it (hopefully!) means they won't be closing up shop any time soon and I'll get to go back one day.
