Though the building is a bit old, the apartment was clean and included all the comodities required for a short stay in the city. Not too far from the centre, maybe a 15-minute walk. Summerhall and Surgeon hall very near. Also the owners were very hepful, even though we didn´t meet them in person, they were reacheable by phone and email. The communication went smooth and I have no complain about the stay.
Booked this for over the New Year. Great location for going into the centre but peace and quiet once you came out of the hectic city. Bus around one corner and a nice park to walk through along the road if you wanted to walk into the city.
Very comfortable, clean and peaceful flat. All you could want facility wise. Lovely and very helpful owners. We had a very special time in Edinburgh which really helped by lovely accommodation. Great team at Vacation Rentals who we booked through, Very helpful and efficient.
Had a great stay. Lovely Flat with good facilities. Found the day bed in the lounge very comfortable for an adult to sleep on as well as the double bed in the bedroom. Flat was in a quiet location. We also found the location great for walking to the centre and very close to a small supermarket. Only downside was the small toilet.
Great location in a lovely part of Edinburgh. A very comfortable flat with everything you need. I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a centrally located flat not too far from the attractions of the Royal Mile.
The apartment was immaculate, very well equipped, off the main road so very quiet and a great location for getting around the festival. The only thing that was a bit tricky was the very small toilet, if you're taller than 6ft you'll struggle to shut the door whilst sitting on the loo!
The family who owns this flat initially bought it for their children to use while at university, and it feels like a place that the owners thought right for themselves. The flat is pleasant and well-kept, and the family accommodating. It is close to the center in an historic neighborhood not far from Edinburgh University. There is a lot of shopping and nightlife within blocks. The daybed in the living room is listed as small, but it is large enough that two adults traveling together could stay there easily, as could a family with small children.
The flat is beautifully furnished and equipped with generously sized rooms, good wifi and TV. Kitchen generously provisioned, with milk and several treats supplied on arrival. Friendly owner..Well positioned, about 20 mins walk from the centre and close to several bus routes. Sainsburys Local 100m away. Only downside, loo is cramped.
