The family who owns this flat initially bought it for their children to use while at university, and it feels like a place that the owners thought right for themselves. The flat is pleasant and well-kept, and the family accommodating. It is close to the center in an historic neighborhood not far from Edinburgh University. There is a lot of shopping and nightlife within blocks. The daybed in the living room is listed as small, but it is large enough that two adults traveling together could stay there easily, as could a family with small children.
The flat is beautifully furnished and equipped with generously sized rooms, good wifi and TV. Kitchen generously provisioned, with milk and several treats supplied on arrival. Friendly owner..Well positioned, about 20 mins walk from the centre and close to several bus routes. Sainsburys Local 100m away. Only downside, loo is cramped.
Quite central, near bus routes, just south of the Meadows and very close to Summerhall venue. Comfortable flat on a side street one flight up, with sunny bedroom at back so very quiet for sleeping. Perfectly clean and welcoming. It was a comfortable stay but kitchen could have done with some better knives including a bread knife. The main drawback was the very small toilet. A larger person, or one with slightly impaired flexibility in movement, would not be able to close the door because there is not enough space between it and the WC. We got used to it eventually.
Nice and well equipped apartment located 15 minutos from the center.Toilette too small.Located in a Nice neibourghood.
