Thank you for your terrific review of our hotel.

Where to start? First .... walking to the hotel you pass a line of homeless people. Perhaps that is normal near a train station but not the vibe I’m looking for. Second, no employee in lobby, only self check in kiosk that wasn’t working. There is an option to call for an employee... but none arrives. Had to go hunt one. The room was as described by the other reviews. Efficient but lacking in all amenities, not even a box of Kleenex. I’m seriously regretting coming here. Learn from my mistake. There are endless better choices in Edinburg.
Thank you for your review of hub by Premier Inn Edinburgh Rose Street.
We are sorry there was not a team member at reception, however we have team members available at all times in our lounge bar directly beside reception. Our reception team were probably helping someone in the hotel.
Kleenex tissues is not something we stock in our tech based, budget hotel, however we will take your comments on board.
We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us.

I love these new places I’ve stayed on a few now I can firmly recommend this one. Fairly new so was benefiting from a clean well maintained operation pleasant staff breakfast was very good value £5 rooms as you would expect very compact with everything you need for a busy city centre trip
This was our first stay at this hotel. It is in an ideal central location in Edinburgh with pretty much everything within easy walking distance. Room (we went for a larger room) was ideal for a short stay - comfortable bed, great shower. Free tea and coffee in the bar is really welcome. Team members very friendly and efficient. Overall highly recommended.
We were visiting Edinburgh for just one night as a young couple. We upgraded to the slightly bigger room which I feel was probably worth it. The hotel is soo central! Just perfect for what we needed! Easy process!
