Great location just about 8 minutes to Hotel Balmoral and Waverley Station. Been a couple of times to Edinburgh and would use these Apartments again.

Would have been a 5 rating with more towels (only 3 towels and no hand towels or tea towels made it slightly inconvenient)

EasyLets did a good job too being flexible with check in etc

Okay while yes these were big spacious apartment , we did have a few issues. As other reviewers have already stated trying to get your keys is really like a magical mystery tour. It really has to be looked into. When we (eventually) got to the apartments, we were looking forward to having a cup of tea...no joy , the kettle was burnt out and even though we informed the letting agents, we never received a new kettle, so had to resort to boiling water on the stove. Also the seat & cover on the en suite toilet was broken as well and the kitchen bin had no lid( also we had no idea of waste collection, so ended up with a smelly kitchen). The hot water was not constant , one member of our group had to shower in cold water as the hot had ran out. It is also a bit of a walk from Princes St and the Royal mile, 10-15 mins, which doesn't should like a lot but can be very annoying after a while. Also location wise, we were near a soup kitchen ran by the local convent, so you will have some homeless hanging around, which may feel some people uncomfortable.

Very good value for money, big apartment, clean and cozy rooms, two bathrooms & toilets, only my bed mattress seems a little bit soft for me, but in general OK.

I stayed here rather than a hotel for a couple of nights due to business on the north east side of Edinburgh. Leith Wallk has a few interesting shops and some great places to eat - a good pub or two as well. The collection of keys is not altogether straightforward, ring the number given rather than wait for someone to attend to you. The standard of kitchen equipment is disappointing, no way to grill anything and one small saucepan led to me preparing a meal using the toaster!!! Spacious and clean, and a comfortable bed and above all quiet in what is quite a noisy city.....

Loved the apartment..had great size rooms..2 bathrooms!! Having a kitchen and washing machine/dryer was great!! We had a bit of a problem trying to find where to pick up the key so rang the number on our booking form..not long after that we found the apartment..the only problem with this accomodation was being 3 flights up with so many steps when we were traveling with my elderly parents and a lot of luggage!! The apartment is in a good location only 5 pound to get to the Edinburgh castle..safe parking in the compound too and you get a security number to get into the building which you get from the owners. All in all a Very nice place to stay!!

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment. It was good value for money and there was heaps of room for a family of four! We were travelling on to Hong Kong so we thought it would be good to stay here so we could catch up on all our washing - unfortunately, after we washed our clothes we discovered that the dryer did not work properly and we could not find the instruction book for it - we had to pack wet clothes into our suitcases. The beds were very comfortable, but our king sized bed had a queen sized doona - so I spent the night uncovered. If these two issues could be fixed I would certainly recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed at these apartments recently and delighted with service, accomodation, and value for money. We picked this place for a group of 4 on basis of recomendation from my girlfriend who stayed there in summer and loved it.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The idea of checking in directly at the apartment was very helpful, all we needed was a four digit code, we entered it into a key safe and collected our keys.

If I ever return to Edinburgh (and I hope I do) I would be looking to stay here.
