Clean and tidy. Good sized room. Breafast option is
really good value if you have kids. Pub next door is fine for meals but gets busy. Location is 10 mins from city. Has shops across from it including a co-op, a bakers, chinese and a Domino's.
Will go again especially at thirty qiud a night for
3 of us.

I have just returned from an overnight stay at this Premier Inn, and was impressed from the time I booked until our checkout. I received an email & text with all details,& the day before I travelled, received texts with Sat Nav info and map info. The hotel is on 2 floors and set back from the main road surrounded by a fairly new housing development. We got a warm welcome from reception staff, & details of meals and opening times in next door's pub, The Bell Inn. I booked a twin room and was given a room with a double & a single, so no complaints there. Room & bathroom very clean & spacious. Windows don't open fully but this is for safety reasons, as wouldn't want anyone to break in or small child to fall out. The Bell Inn next door is amazing and do loads of meal deals. Breakfast was either continental, around £5.25 or full English ( which includes items from continental ) around £7.95. We opted for continental, this included choice of porridge, various breakfast cereals, various fruit juices, yogurts, fresh fruit, croissants, muffins, bread and crumpets, jams, marmalades, and Marmite, choice of coffee or various teas. The staff were very informative and tables were cleared quickly. Seems the Bell Inn is well known in this area and very popular. There is a small shopping centre across the road, comprising of a Co-op, pharmacy, Domino's pizza.

We stayed here for two nights and thought the hotel was really clean and the staff were all very friendly; There is a cooperative store, butcher/baker, Dominoes Pizzas/ Chinese Take Away just across the road which is very useful. Nowhere else to walk to in the area. If You want to take the bus into Dundee the bus stop is at the back of the hotel on the main road - a number 39. We had breakfast one morning which was nice but I personally think it is a bit expensive, the second morning we went to Sainsburys and had a lovely big breakfast (twice as much for half the price).

Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your recent stay with us. I have passed on your kind comments to the team about your welcome and the cleanliness of the rooms they really do appreciate hearing that our guests have enjoyed their stay with us.

We are fortunate to have a very good bus service that links us not just with Dundee but also Arbroath and Montrose further up the coast. Our guests find this an invaluable resource for when they want to explore the area without taking their car with them.

Thank you again for your review. Hopefully we'll be able to welcome you back to our hotel soon.

As we drove into the car park at this Premier Inn, the hotel appealed instantly from the outside and an equally attractive bar/restaurant: The Bell Tree, sat adjacent to the hotel. There were plenty of free car parking spaces outside the hotel, so we had no trouble parking the car.
Across the road from the hotel a Co-op late shop, Domino's Pizza and a Chinese takeaway are amongst a small handful of shops which I thought was really handy and of course offers an alternative choice to eating in The Bell Tree.

We checked in and were greeted by friendly staff who welcomed us and spent time chatting about where we were from and what brought us to Dundee etc, before being given directions to our room which was up on the first floor and overlooking an attractive garden area at the rear of the hotel.
We used the lift up to the first floor as we had a suitcase, but used the stairs when we left and returned to the hotel later after eating out.

Our room was a spacious double room, decorated much the same as all Premier Inn rooms with their purple theme which I personally like. The room was also spotlessly clean throughout.
The window was small and dormer style which added character to the room with its sloping ceiling. Despite the window being smaller than most hotels I have stayed in, there was adequate light filtering through into the room, so the window size was not a problem.
Four pillows were placed upon the bed, but you can request more from Reception if you wish. The pillows I found extremely comfortable, as was the bed.
A fan was included in the room, which is something most Premier Inns seem to be adding to their rooms now.
A flat screen tv, tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer, work space and open wardrobe hanging space was also provided as well as a large sofa bed.
The bathroom was also spotless, with bath and overhead shower. Shower gel and soap were provided in wall dispensers and also a couple of fluffy white towels each.
Myself and my partner felt comfortable at all times and had everything we needed and so there were no complaints from either of us as we spent an enjoyable night at this hotel.

Lovely meals are served in the adjacent pub/restaurant and we will definitely return to this Premier Inn in the future.

Thank you for writing such a great review about our hotel and your stay with us. It's always fantastic to hear that a guest has had an enjoyable stay with us and that they have found our rooms to be comfortable and clean. We are indeed very luck to have so many additional amenities for our guests right on our doorstep and we always get great feedback about our "neighbours".

The team do try very hard to make sure that our guests feel welcome and I'm glad to hear that they succeeded. Hopefully we will be able to welcome you back again in the near future.

Friendly staff and clean room. Everything is neat. What surprised me most was the bathroom curtain. It was made in a curve shape, so that the bathroom curtain would not stick on your body once you were taking a shower. We had a wonderful stay.

Thank you for your review about your recent stay with us. It's always great to hear that a guest has enjoyed their stay with us. Our curved shower curtain rails are proving to be a popular addition to our rooms, thank you for letting us know that you liked it, at Premier Inn we are always looking for new ways to ensure that our guests enjoy all aspects of their stay and sometimes it's the smaller touches that have the most impact.

Thank you again for taking the time to write your review and we hope that we will get the chance to welcome you back to our hotel the next time you are in the area.
