We chose this hotel as it offered fine dining, but on arrival (at 3:30pm) were told that this was not available, and were cursorily informed that there were plenty of places to dine in the village. There was no recommendation on where to go, or not to go. If you are relying on a meal on arrival, it is worthwhile checking before you book. Next day, the breakfast menu showed smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, this was also not available. So much for fine dining! A definite disappointment as we booked the place thinking that we could eat there!
Breakfast is only 8-9, so inappropriate for an early start. The dining room with its single oval table, had no cereals or juices set out for selection. These were on the menu as an option but there was no detail on what cereals actually were on offer.
Expect to be seated with fellow travellers at the same table.
