“Very clean and comfortable eatery”
Reviewed May 15, 2013

This is a very well stocked cafe with lots of home made scones and cakes and a lovely coffee selection. Meals looked very appetisng and it was very busy so I think that says it all. Well worth a visit if visiting Kirkcudbright.

“"Good coffee" & Wi Fi”
Reviewed May 6, 2013

Nice fresh filter coffee ( and a free refill ) , not sat stewing all day like in some places close by. Great that the hubby could use his iphone whilst sipping his earl grey on the free wi fi.
5 stars all round - i am coming back to sample the `High tea`.

“Great coffee”

Travel to Kirkcudbright every few weeks and always meet up with friends for coffee. Staff always friendly and helpful. Well worth popping in to try it out.

“very average”
Reviewed April 7, 2013

Tasted like poor, cheap tea as very weak and tasteless. Bakes just about acceptable. Prices quite steep for quality. Often cold.

Good fresh food, yummy cakes and excellent hot chocolate! Charming cafe in a charming town. We had lunch and enjoyed it so much, we went back for afternoon tea!
