We were staying in this hotel for business meetings and a group of about 10 of us went to dinner in the Marco Pierre White restaurant there. It was awful. The waitress clearly did not want to be there. She was unhelpful and disinterested. She handed out two different menus to the guests at the table which made a mess of the entire ordering process (wine had been ordered to match items on a menu which we were then told was not even the right menu for the night). She made no attempt to give even the most basic apologies. Service was then slow and the food very disappointing when it arrived. Given that there were only 4 other customers in the restaurant that night there was no excuse for poor service. We spent much of the night making apologies to our guests for the poor service they were enduring.
This place is just terrible, eat somewhere else.
