“When you park collect a free disc from the shops.”

Things To Do Dumfries
Reviewed July 23, 2013

Parkihg is free as long as you have a disc and you can collect one from the shops. White sands is a good spot to park and you can cross many of the bridges that takes you over the river Nith. Shops are in the main centre wich is closed off to cars. Robert Burns statue can be found here. Ther is dock park wich leads to castle dykes wich is great for kids. Here you will also find a lagr selection of flowers on show. Dock park also has swings etc for kids and is clean. You can take a drive out to sandy hills wich is the beach. Approx about 30 mins away but well worth going. Dumfries is a nice little town wich opens a gateway to some exciting places like Kipford and Rockcliffe. Dumfries is a place you should go and explore. As arnie say's I'ii be back.
