It's a lovely place to visit and get a bite to eat. The food is excellent and it's in a lovely setting.
There's also a great selection of cheeses, some if not most made by themselves.
Also, a cracking wee bakery with top-notch bread.
All in all, it's well worth visiting.

Thank Marko Z

Lovely cafe with fabulous food. Good service with friendly staff. Lots of food items to buy in the shop, plus an array of fresh vegetables. Great place to pop into for breakfast, lunch or just cake!

Busy as usual and as a consequence, service was a little slow. However this venue seldom fails to please. As a rather dreich day, soup and a sandwich was ordered. Not overly exciting, but hit the spot. Managed coffee and shared Bakewell tart which was quite scrummy. The new cheeses, however, at the deli counter were amazing. The Fern Abbey brie ( sheep milk) was the best that we've had in many a long day. Kept it at room temperature and it was running away! The 4 Ewes cheese was sharp, salty and full flavoured. These are from Tain - I think we will have to go and visit!
