Worth finding! Fresh fish and chips and also an exensive menu of alternatives, scampi, haggis, black pudding etc. Onion rings, condiments etc and plenty of hot and cold drink choice. You may need to wait about 20 mins for your order but it is worth it. Best fish and chips for ages. We did call in specially on a Sunday night and it was closed :-( It is open Wed through to Saturday. Only down side is you then need to park up along the road and walk for 10 mins to get to the beach.

not very enamoured with the fish and chips, not like the other reviews. we have been to the park several times over the last few years and can not fault the facilities, the folk running the site or anything else. Just that to us the chip shop was average to say the least. This is not a restaurant- really only a take away.

But there's nothing else! Yes, it's cooked to order, so you have to wait. Yes, it's very tasty, although I prefer some crunch to the batter. Yes, the staff are friendly and welcoming. No, it isn't open 7 days a week. No, it isn't cheap.

All in all, given that it has a captive market at Tralee Bay, I would say they maintain excellent standards - gdonya!

When we first pulled in to the carpark, the queue was quite long and my initial thought was 'Great, this better be worth the wait!' It soooooo was! We did have to wait, but it was beautiful. All orders are cooked to order, hence the wait - who can complain about freshly cooked food?! Staff were cheerfu, polite and efficient. I would definitely go back.
