Beautiful hotel, excellent rooms but food a bit of a mishmash. The 'emperor's new clothes' following this place has is a bit hard to understand. I found that the mishmash of ingredients on the main meals just didn't work well - trying too hard to show chef's skills seems to have led to forgetting that people have to eat the end result. Shame...everything else great.
