Have just returned from short break in Putechan. The staff were lovely, very friendly and attentive. Bedrooms were beautiful with sensational views across the water. We ate dinner in the beautiful restaurant twice and were not disappointed. The food was just lovely and very reasonably priced. My only criticism would be breakfast which felt disorganised and ill prepared. There was no porridge, no fresh fruit and the only fruit juice on the buffet table was a CARTON of orange juice. A jug would have been far nicer. Small but important detail. On day one there was a menu (eventually) but not on day two and few of the many choices available appeared to be available on the second day. Scrambled eggs served on day one were by far the best I have ever tasted but were mediocre the next day. However, this was not enough to put us off and will definitely be back. It was all in all a fantastic stay.

The room seats around twenty and could be used for meetings, smaller intimate weddings, yoga/fitness work-outs, business meetings, or an exhibition hall for local artists.
