“Second to none.”

I stayed here with my 2 granddaughters 13&9 during the Easter break. They loved it, as did i. (I had been before) The room was very spacious, clean, comfortable, fab bathroom.

We were so tired on the first night that we ended up in bed watching the flat screen tv with freeview at 8pm.

Helen is a great host and friendly without being in your face. Breakfast was lovely, cant wait to go back. Definitely the best place to stay in Arbroath and value for money.

This B&B was an excellent standard; the room was very spacious and modern, the facilities in the room were to a very high standard. The breakfast was well prepared and presented.

Only complaint was the difficulty in confirming the booking with the owner – appeared difficult to contact. Also the location is a little out of town – if you are not taking the car (5 minutes to centre), you have a bus journey or a walk of some twenty to thirty minutes to get into the centre of Arbroath. The good news is that if you are not interested in going into town, the beach is directly opposite the B&B and there is a lovely grass area to relax.

That being said the accommodation and service was of an excellent standard and provided good value for money.

Travelling a lot for business I always appreciate a good and relaxing atmosphere in a tidy and clean place. This is the best reward for a hard day work visiting clients in remote areas. Very clean and bright house, the owner has got good taste in furnishing it as well as an eye for the details (e.g. plug adaptors already in room, as well as flowers and designed tea mugs). I found it extremely cosy.

Went to Arbroath for the music festival. We stayed in the Inishellen Guest House. This is one of the nicest B & B's I have ever stayed in. The whole place is spotless. It sits on the edge of the town and if you like to walk it is not far but there are plenty taxis available.

The music in the pubs was fantastic and the organised concerts in the Community Hall were excellent. Everyone
made us so welcome.

My wife and I stayed here in March 2008,we found the place to be of a high standard, the decor was excellent and the en-suite bedroom was clean, modern and bright. The owner Helen was
most helpful and made sure everything was to our satisfaction.
In the morning there was plenty of choice at breakfast from fruit, ceral to a full scottish. If we are in the area again we willdefinately stay here.
