"To say I am disappointed is the least" is the opening of a nasty phone call received from the owner bill today! A professional business does NOT phone a customer because they were unsatisfied with a review their customer made on trip advisor and give them the attitude I received today. My bf was accused on this phone call for putting a review on trip advisor that was very negative-my bf has never used trip advisor. Bill got the wrong customer and appologised as he made a mistake. FACT - it doesnt matter if it was the right or wrong customer you do Not call a customer with an agressive tone like that. As a professional u should never call a customer with an attitude. Bills wife sunita appologised as well and explained that the only reason they were disappointed about that review is because they bent over backwards for that couple and they were late and drunk and all sorts and then to get that review was "the nail in the coffin" I explained that regardless of the way the customer was and the review given they should NEVER call a customer and speak to them with an accusatory tone. We actually had a good time in arbroath and sunita was very chatty and bill was bubbly but the attitude I got from them was hugely disappointing. If that is the treatment u would get for giving an honest opinion in a review, god help those customers and I genuinely feel really sorry for them. I feel sorry for this business as when I said they should take this as constructive feedback and put it to good use they kept saying they were "sorry and that should be good enough" -sorry but this is unacceptable in my book for it being a professional business regardless if its their home or not its still supposed to be a professional business.
