“Home from home”
Reviewed September 6, 2016 for a stay in August 2016

We really enjoyed our stay here and couldn't fault the accommodation as it was superb. The cottage has a home from home feel, a very chilled and relaxing place to return to after our outings each day. It is absolutely perfect for families.
All of us had our own individual space as well as combined family space which added to that family home feel.
Excellent little touches with the wifi and music system. The kitchen and utility room was fully stocked and everything you would use at home was there. We would definitely use this cottage again as it was outstanding!
The harbour views and coastline were an amazing treat to wake up to in the morning.
Alex has a lovely cottage and Morag (whom I found out was responsible for the beautiful interior ) has done an outstanding job on decor.

“Relaxing, comfortable and centrally located hub in Arbroath”
Reviewed April 15, 2016 for a stay in April 2016

The house was lovely !! It had everything that you would expect with a distinct homely feel. We travelled with 4 teenagers who had their own space with the added benefit of a strong wifi signal to keep them happy !! The house is centrally located yet only 2 mins from beach and Victoria Park. There are lovely walks nearby and a short drive to Lunan Bay is a must followed by light bite in the beach café. In Arbroath itself The Corn Exchange is a Weatherspoon outlet so it great value for money for large groups and The Townhouse Hotel is a bit more up market. The house was a great base and comfort to come home to after an adventure in the Arbroath area !!
