Have stayed here twice and it's great. Nice and close to Aberdeen and the golf courses of Royal Aberdeen, Murcar and Trump International.
Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and good clean rooms.
The restaurant bar is warm, spacious offering good food and a great selection of beers, ciders etc etc.
The hotel is easy to find as its just off the main road, but far enough away that there is no traffic noise.
Car parking is easy as the car park is fairly large.
Overall very serviceable.

Ian G,

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on your recent stay here with us at Aberdeen North (Murcar) Premier Inn.

I have passed your wonderful comments on to the rest of the team and to the restaurant team regarding your stay. Murcar links is right across the road from us and Donald Trumps Course is 10 minutes along the A90 - This makes us the closest Premier Inn to the Menzies estate and the perfect location for your golfing weekend which im sure you will agree!

Once again, thank you for your kind words and taking time to leave feedback. The team and myself look forward to welcoming you back in the near future.

We only stayed one night for a gig at the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre (AECC) and it was a great place. Very handy as it was in walking distance to the AECC. The room was a fine size for the two of us and had a nice big flat screen television. Also the room was very clean and so was the bathroom. Can only fault the bathroom because of the taps on the sink as they were too close to the side of the sink and hardly any water came out so washing my hands was a bit of a pain. This is a very minor thing, but overall the room was fantastic for the price.

The restaurant, called Table Table, which was located just beside the Premier Inn, was very nice looking outside and in. The negative thing about the restaurant was the wait to be seated. We arrived at about 20 to 5 in the evening and weren't seated until 5. The place was not busy at all! Only about 20 people there with at least 90% of tables available. While we were waiting we looked at the menu and saw that there was a main meals for a cheaper price which would have been fine for us and these were only available until 5pm. This we assumed to be the only reason we were waiting to be seated so that we had to pay a few more £s for our meals. A bit annoying. Other than this the place was fine. Nice interior, tasty food (we had a sirlion steak and grilled chicken burger), plenty of staff available and some pleasant service.

Room Tip: We had room 48 which was overlooking the car park. Nice room and handy I could keep an eye on the ca...

jonny257,

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on your recent stay here with us at Aberdeen North (Murcar) Premier Inn.

I am pleased to read that you enjoyed your stay here with us and that the room was found as we promise, clean & comfortable. I have passed your kind words onto the Housekeeping team who are thrilled to have such positive feedback and that their hard work is recognised. We are 1.5 miles from the AECC, which makes us the perfect location when there are concerts playing.

With regards to the adjourning restaurant I am sorry to read that you found you had to wait for a table and didn’t feel it was justified. When there is an event in the area such as a concert the restaurant do get busy and they put control measure's in place such as a wait on the door to ensure they can manage the restaurant to give guests the best experience and also so there is no lengthy wait for meals to leave the kitchen. If you would like to discuss your experience with the restaurant please don’t hesitate to contact them direct.

Once again I would like to thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. The team and myself look forward to welcoming you back in the near future.

We stayed here for a night with the kids in the summer holidays, the room was spotless and had everything we needed, we ate at the onsite table table for dinner and breakfast, the food was great, the breakfast was actually nicer than the hilton garden inn Aberdeen where my wife and I stayed without the kids a few days later. Cost was just over £110 including breakfast, not cheap for a premier inn but it was mid week in Aberdeen and no where is cheap then! All the staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. Well done premier inn, you are obviously doing something right, a lot of other supposedly top end hotels could learn a thing or two from you.

Could not fault our 1 night stay. 4 golfers wanting good food at a reasonable price and a comfortable bed. Dinner with a free pint was excellent and breakfast as much as you could eat----all for £22. Although on A90 no traffic noise and right on the door step for Trump International, Murcar and Royal Aberdeen and many more golf courses.

We have stayed at many hotels and a lot of Premier inns in Scotland and England.
I think this one at Aberdeen north is the best to date.
Parking was easy the reception was very helpful and efficient
The hotel is very bright and fresh and the room and bathroom were spotless Good bed and a large 42 inch TV
The dining room was good with a good selection and the breakfast although part self service was well done.

We chose the place because of the location. We had early morning tee time in Murcar links. The service was kind of ok (quite slow), but the rooms were not so good. We got smokers room and that was not very pleasant night.
Breakfast was quite good, but then when we needed a luggage room they only had wery small room and we really had to squeeze our luggage in there.

Panu R,

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on your recent stay here with us at Aberdeen North (Murcar) Premier Inn.

I am sorry to read that you didn’t enjoy your stay here with us.

At Premier Inn all of our rooms are non smoking rooms and they have been since the smoking band was introduced in the UK and im sorry to read you have felt your room has been smoked in. We take this no smoking policy very seriously and would never knowly allow any guest to smoke within our premises.

With regards to a luggage room due to the size of our hotel we do not have a holding room to store guest's luggage however we are more then happy to hold luggage in our back office which in a secure office which only the receptionist on duty has access to.

Again, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on your recent stay here with us. The team and myself look forward to welcoming you back in the near future.

A good hotel without the trademark lumpy bed. Very impressed with the hotel, just let down with the restaurant side. Slow service, stone cold food, which after complaining, was taken away and returned over cooked. The young waitress claimed it was a new meal, but clearly it was not. Breakfast (cooked) was again over cooked and tasteless. Not the usual decent Premier Inn breakfast you get.
