We wanted to stay in a hotel for an evening instead of travelling home late. We had an enjoyable stay here-Great welcome when we arrived. Would recommend a stay here. Great experience! Some family will be visiting Aberdeen during the summer and we have encouraged them to stay here as it is so central and the won't need to drive much .Great hotel!

Thank you for choosing to stay at Skene House Rosemount and taking the time to write such a great review.
It is lovely to know that you have already recommended us to your visiting family members. If they keep an eye on our website they may find some offers and promotions for the time they are planning on visiting. A bottle of wine or a box of chocolates maybe?
Thank you again and we look forward to seeing you again and meeting your family.

Travelled with a friend for a week end of relaxing in Aberdeen. Was recommended this hotel, and did not regret choosing it. Was warmly welcomed in the reception, got a map and directions for Union street (which was a short walk) and had our luggage brought to our room. We were really pleased with our room, suite 303, in the building next to the reception building. Beds were good, pillows not great. Bath room was really nice and clean. The extra space with living room/kitchen was just perfect. Lovely with some space when you share a room with someone else. The included breakfast was ok, but Sunday morning we decided to buy something cooked from the menu, and even though the service was busy, it took too long time till we got our eggs. 35 minutes wait for an omelette simply is not worth it.
Insider tips; the pub down the street (The Noose&Monkey), was a nice place for a drink.
Will definitely choose Skene House again, and recommend to others

A great alternative to hotels this fantastic place offers suite accommodation giving visitors flexibility of a kitchen and living room.
The apartment was clean, modern well furnished with walk in shower and kitchen facilities. Instead of having to go out for dinner, rather than sit in a hotel room with just a bed and a TV, my friend and I got our PJ's on, opened a bottle of wine and settled in front of the TV whilst we waited for our pizza delivery from one of the hotels associated restaurants.Great way to unwind after a busy day exploring the shopping on offer in Aberdeen
The breakfast service was second to none and the choice on offer (even for the continental breakfast) was the best I've seen at any accommodation I've stayed in.
All the staff we encountered were extremely polite and helpful during our stay and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Thank you for taking the time to write such a great review after you recently stayed at Skene House Rosemount.
As you said, it is great to have the space to be comfortable and not feel that you have to go out for dinner. We have a selection of Partner Restaurants so most guests would be able to find something suitable but our receptionists and concierges are also happy to suggest other options throughout town. They are also happy to help with ordering take-aways when you just fancy a night in.
I will make sure our breakfast team get a chance to read your comments too. They will be very pleased that you were so impressed with their service and the choices on offer.
Thank you again and we look forward to your next trip.

My partner and I stayed here whilst visiting friends for a night out in Aberdeen. The apartments were very spacious and easily accommodated the 5 of us for pre town drinks. Staff were friendly and maintained the apartments to a high standard. There is also the added bonus of free parking and only a 5 minute walk to Union Street. What more could you ask for??

Even before we arrived the staff at the hotel went out of their way to make our stay amazing. Nothing was a hassle from DVD players with USB sockets to taking delivery of groceries. Our apartments were spacious, well furnished and impeccable. For a group of 16 pernickety ladies that's something!
The best part of Rosemount was the staff. The smiling reception who organised clubs, taxis and information to the waiting staff in the restaurant. A particular mention for Piotr, Rhys and Alex who did everything and more to make us happy. A lovely touch was the gift of prosecco to start our hen weekend. Myself and the ladies would heartily recommend this venue. It's close to town but it's the staff. Next time we're in Aberdeen we'll be back!!

This is a complex of apartments with one or two rooms, some are nicer and newer than other ones, be aware that if you book a two room suite, you will be more likely in the building with NO elevator, we are traveling with two kids 10 months and 4 yo. and there is no chance to go up to your suite with your stroller, we were offered to move down to the second floor instead of the third one, with a suite upgrade, and it was a very good change, this apartment has more space, a complete kitchen and the bathroom is bigger too.
The people at the front desk are ALL very very friendly and helpful, and they offered to keep the stroller in the storage room for us, and so we did it, it has been working very good so far, but when the baby falls asleep we have to wake him up to come to the room, and with rain is not very nice for them, but all in all it is worthy to stay here, the location is great, close to the library, train station, shopping malls and restaurants.
Another thing you must know is that continental breakfast is served in the building oposite the Rosemont building (there is a total of 4 Skene Houses, we are staying at the Rosemont) they have a variety of breads, spreads, yogurths, cereals and fruits. The waiters are veryfriendly and helpful too.
Before you book, specify if you need a lift, they have baby bath tubs that you can borrow, and to be in a flat rather than in a hotel room was worth every pound. We would for sure come back.

Thank you for choosing to stay at Skene House Rosemount for your recent stay in Aberdeen.
I was sorry to note that the first suite you were allocated was not suitable for your family. As you have mentioned we have a lot of different suites and suite types so please do not hesitate to contact our reception or reservations teams before your stay to request any specific suites or any other items you may require. We also have concierges on duty 24 hours a day who will be more than happy to help carry any items up to your suite - they could also take your stroller to the bottom of your block when needed so your children didn't have to go out in the rain.
It was great to read your comments regarding our staff, they will all be delighted to know that you found them all so helpful and friendly.
Thank you for taking the time to write your review and hopefully we will be able to welcome you back again soon.

Clean, modern, comfortable, spacious, luxurious. All that and a fantastic price!

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast waiting staff couldn't have put themselves out more! The breakfast was a great set up. Fantastic breakfast buffet in the price and if you want a cooked breakfast you just pay for exactly what you want. Suits me perfectly as I don't eat cooked breakfast.

The suite we had felt like your own little apartment. You could easily stay here for a week because of the space and the facilities. Your own kitchen / lounge as well as a completely separate bedroom with en suite.

It was very close to Union Street but still managed to be really quiet.

This is the best hotel I've stayed in for a long time.
