Stayed here for 4 nights on 26th April 2012.
A warm friendly welcome from the proprietors and I was made to feel at home. The rooms are huge and well equipped, fridge,LCD tv,free Wi Fi etc.
I cannot fault this accommodation it is better than any hotel. It is modern, clean and quiet.

Only complaint I have Is i only managed 1 night but will hopefully return. My husband had a course in Aberdeen so I managed to go along. The couple who own the bb are so friendly and helpful and the room was beautiful everything you need. decor was bright, modern and spotless and bathroom was modern and again spotless. Breakfast was continental had plenty to choose from and repeatedly re stocked, a great place with great hosts :)

Stayed here on an overnight and I must say that it is without doubt the best BB I have stayed at so far on my travels. The rooms are massive with almost every possible facility you could wish for such as digital TV, WIFI, adjustable bedside LED reading lamps, a refrigerator and a super modern interior with beautiful bathroom to boot. Due to an early morning departure I was brought fresh juice and fruit to my room to enjoy the next morning before I set off. Better than any Travel inn / lodge any day of the week. Well located for a 10 min walk to Dyce rail station also. Happy customer!

Have stayed here 3 times now, so far best experience in Dyce where I have stayed every month for over 7 years.
This guest house is unique in Dyce, there are cheaper yes, but I have yet to find a nice B&B there, a couple are so bad they are really doss houses.
The Park Cottage has large, spotless and tastefully decorated rooms that are nicer than 3 Hotels I have used which are almost double the price.
Bob and Beryl are charming and proffessional hosts, if your flight is too early for breakfast as mine usually is you can chose your cereal, fruit etc from the breakfast bar and Beryl will put milk, juice etc in your fridge in your room for you. The breakfast buffet is really good, different breads, bagels etc to chose from, cheeses, hams etc.
This is a perfect choice for offshore proffessionals and a far nicer experience for a pre departure or late arrival airport stoppover. Take a look at the guest comments on their website, it says it all.

Room Tip: The guest room extension is behind the property, away from the road, ensuring a good nights sleep. T...

Stayed here the last night I was in Scotland and it was close to the airport. The owners are lovely people and very nice. They were very helpful in providing train times and directions so I could take the train into Aberdeen. The train ride was only about 5-7 minutes so not far into the city centre. Also, they made porridge for me (even though they don't serve it until the winter). It was so good; definitely a must for breakfast. The room was modern and comfortable with tv, refridge, and wifi service. Nice and clean bath with modern shower.

i have just spent the last 5 nights staying at park cottage and loved every minute of my stay, friendly owners made me feel right at home and looked after me BIG TIME!. the rooms are 5 star and breakfast was clean and perfect for a good start to your day.

trust me if you are staying in dyce for 1 or more nights spend the money if you have it on staying here!!! you will enjoy your stay here with value for money.

if only all B&B's were this good.
