Stayed there for the second time on Saturday 9th November 2013. Unfortunately the on-site parking was not available however we were directed to a nearby multi storey car park which cost the same as the hotels with them validating your ticket between 4pm-11am. On arrival we were upgraded and found our king room to be very clean and comfortable with the bathroom looking as if it had been installed minutes before we arrived. The beds with adjustable firmness are incredibly comfortable and provide a very good night sleep.

We had an evening meal at the new Nick Nairn restaurant in the hotel where my partner and I enjoyed the finest meal we had ever sampled, The staff at the restaurant and hotel in general were extremely courteous which only added in our enjoyment during the stay. Overall it is great value for money especially when you consider what is offered at so called higher rated and exclusive hotels.

Dear Brian L ,

Thank you so much for such a wonderful review. I really appreciate the time and effort that you have taken to describe the facilities of our lovely hotel.
The review is always extra special when it comes from a returning guest. I have shared your review with my entire team and we are all very pleased that you enjoyed your stay once again with us.
Nick Nairn and his team have absolutely nailed it with this fantastic new restaurant and bar. The menu tastes so good as it is true to Nick's philosophy of Produce, Technique and Harmony. Only the finest locally sourced produce is used to create simple but stunning dishes, cooked perfectly and with passion.
We look forward to welcoming you back.
Yours sincerely,
Nitin

An incongruous location - where I recall the bowling alley used to be, just round the corner from the "delights" of George Street. But convenient also for shopping in John Lewis.

A relative new-comer to the Aberdeen scene, and aimed a little up-market (rooms and price-wise) from most of the others. Accordingly, it scores highly on most counts, but down a little on value, should you be the one who is paying. The restaurant food is a bit pretentious, but good nonetheless.

We've been to Aberdeen on numerous occasions but this is definitely our favourite place to stay. The hotel is centrally located, doesn't look much from the outside but inside rooms are stylish, spacious and comfortable. Staff are always friendly & helpful - we were given a room upgrade for some reason which was lovely. Large bathroom with shower & bath and huge towels (so many hotels give you such small towels that you need several to dy yourself with!). The beds are unbelievably comfortable.

We didn't try the new restaurant but had a look inside and it looked really nice. Menu sounded really appetizing so we'll try it next time. Great place to stay in Aberdeen - highly recommend.

Stopped into the hotel to meet a friend for lunch. Was greeted in a very friendlly manner and then guided into the restaurant.

Order was taken promptly and food didnt take long too come out either!

Couldnt really fault the meal (burger) and a very generous helping of chips!

Staff were extremely helpful in giving me directions to the train station!

Worth a visit!!

Booked this for a 2 day stay in Aberdeen as the cost was on par with far lower rated hotels in the area. This was the first time I had used a hilton brand hotel and was suitably impressed. Everything from the check in to the room itself was first class and after staying in various hotels over the years, the Garden Inn is easily the best.

Spent a Thursday night in this hotel. Quite a high price compared to a weekend. Note that all hotels in Aberdeen are costly during the week due to the oilfield activity. Price is 1/2 on weekends compared to week days.

Hotel was good condition and very clean. Were put in a handicap access room because other rooms full. No bath tub (good for me). Good rain shower. Very comfortable beds with adjustment for firmness of mattress.

Hotel located only 2 blocks (5 minutes) from High Street. Many good bars and restaurants nearby. Only 10 minutes to train station but have to walk some stairs to get there. Older people should take taxi rather than walk if they have luggage.

Wireless internet for no charge in room. Would recommend hotel for business or short visit to Aberdeen
