This hotel was very nice. The rooms were cozy, even if the bed was a little small and a little hard. I don't consider this a problem with the hotel though. We Americans are used to bigger beds. I wish there had been some drawers in the room. There were none. After a week, the room was very cluttered. Also, the doors to close very loudly. So, sometimes you may be woken up by other visitors returning to their rooms. And, there is no wireless Internet in the rooms. However, you can get a free wireless signal in the lobby. Just ask the front desk for the code, which is good for 24 hours.

The staff was cordial and answered all of our questions politely.

The location is great as it is part of the Unionsquare. Lots of shopping and restaurants. Quick access to the train (which we never heard) and Market Street. We had a view of the port and the hillside.

I would definitely stay here again.

My colleage had eaten in the resturant on his last trip so we thought that we would give it a try rather than the Premier Inn that we usually use. 20min taxi ride from the airport the hotel is next to the railway ststion and joins to a large shopping mall. My room was nice, big and clean. The only downside was that it was a bit sparse and felt a bit bare. Nice comfy bed though. We chose to eat in the resturant with some of our clients. The food and service was xecellent and it was really good value for money. I suspect it has to be as there is alot of competition in the shopping mall (TGI Fridays etc.) but the food was good. Only downside was that even though my credit card had been swipped I couldn't charge anything to my room even though reception told me I could! Would stay again.

We spent two nights there and we could not fault the hotel and staff were very pleasant and helpful without being over the top. We travelled from Peterborough by train and when you arrive in Abredeen sation it is only one minutes undercover walk to the hotel Fantastic as we have walking dificulties. The bed rooms were very spacious and very clean The only problem is there are no draws at all and the wardrobe is open fronted, but not a problem. and for some unknown reason the bed was set off centre and space on one side was only about 12 inches from the wall. The food was very good, as was room service. Would definetly stop there again

Room Tip: No draw space for longerstays

Stayed here for 3 nights, good central location right next to train station. Very clean, tidy with modern interior. Within union square with first class restaurants, cinema and high quality shopping. Would stay here every time in city. Breakfasts very nice as well.

If you are travelling by train then this hotel is very convenient and city center location.

Room Tip: Avoid rear rooms as they overlook Rial station
