“First Class Accommodation. Enchanting and welcoming.”
Reviewed June 22, 2015 for a stay in June 2015

Absolutely beautiful cottage with old world charm at the same time as having modern conveniences seamlessly blended together. We were enchanted with the cottage itself and the surroundings. Top class accommodation with a wonderful warm welcome, it's not always the case that the property lives up to the advertised pictures but this one certainly did. The owners could not have been more welcoming, leaving the fire ready to light and a welcome hamper with goodies for all the family on the table, so thoughtful. Communication was also excellent. Lots of outdoor space for children, a place for your dog if you need it. Spotless inside and out, I really do think this is the nicest accommodation we have ever stayed in! I would recommend it to any age group. Lots of beautiful scenery nearby and the people in the nearest village are friendly and hospitable too. Can't say enough positive things about this cottage!

“Home from home”
Reviewed June 2, 2015 for a stay in May 2015

Where do we start. Can not praise this lovingly restored cottage high enough. Beautifully decorated to the highest spec but still retaining its wonderful charm. From a lovely warm welcome , to the homemade soda waiting on the table. Wonderful location between Omagh & Cookstown, plenty to see & do. We will be booking a longer stay next time round. Highly recommend for families, couples , groups of young friends. Perfect , well done Margaret and Eamon a real credit to you.

“beautiful and charming cottage”
Reviewed May 20, 2015 for a stay in May 2015

We stayed at Cobblers Cottage a week prior to our wedding in Tyrone and it was the perfect setting to relax. it is simply a beautiful, charming and quaint cottage. The effort and labour of love that has gone into the cottage refurbishment is evident and it is so tastefully decorated. Margaret and Eamonn are wonderful hosts and greeted us upon arrival. Then the cottage is exclusively yours to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the Tyrone countryside. We truly enjoyed our week stay at the cottage and would highly recommend without a doubt. Margaret's home made Irish bread was a wonderful surprise as well :) Thanks for such a beautiful stay!

“Perfect!”

I have just returned from a weekend break with friends to Cobbler's. Firstly, I cannot begin to describe the beauty of the scenery, made even more special by the heavy dusting of snow! On entering the cottage you are greeted by the most authentic and warm surroundings, and needless to say our hosts had thought of everything to make the stay more comfortable. Rooms have been perfectly restored to reflect its original decor, yet every modern convenience is available. The kitchen and bathrooms are fantastically equipped, beds are super comfy, and the small touches such as the welcome basket and slippers really make you feel at home. The log burning stove was a perfect place to spend the snowy evening and makes it all the more cosy.
This was a fantastic place to spend a weekend break with friends, and I have no hesitation in recommending! Thank you Cobbler's Cottage!!

“A REAL IRISH GEM - AN IRISH COTTAGE LIKE NO OTHER!!!!!”

We stayed at this beautifully renovated 200 year old Irish cottage in Creggan for 4 nights, August 2014. We experienced Irish hospitality second to none. Eamon and Margaret McCann have done a tremendous job in bringing this cottage back to life. When planning our vacation in Ireland, the four of us wanted to experience staying at an Irish cottage. We had a wish come true when we arrived at Cobbler's Cottage. You arrive at the cottage and just stand and admire it's beauty and the surrounding area. The cottage is small, quaint and yet it has everything to make your stay a memorable one. We used the cottage as a central point for visiting Londonderry, Giant's Causeway, Americal Ulster Folk Park and other surrounding towns. Thank you, Margaret for the "goody basket" and Eamon for your entertainment. It was a great kitchen party. We made new friends and lifelong memories.
