We stayed here for four days while on holiday in Northern Ireland. Our room was immaculately clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were courteous and efficent and always greeted with a helpful smile.

The location of the hotel is excellent for the Causeway Coastal Route and is just off the main road.

One morning we had brealfast in the restaurant. We had to wait for around 15 minutes for our veggie sausages but this was alright as the there were lots of other things we could eat as we waited! We agreed breakfast was excellent.

Muslim travllers, halal food is generally difficult to find in Northern Ireland (except in Belfast) but veggie options are available everywhere. There is a M&S food outlet close to the hotel where you can get veggie mezze type food supplies (olives, hommous, sundried tomatoes, cous cous, vine leaf rolls, bread, etc) which is a nice change for a quiet meal in your room.

We stayed here for the Derry Jazz Festival and had a great stay here. We understand that it was fairly recently opened - you could tell as the hotel was immaculate and you could still smell the paint! The room was a nice comfortable size. Plenty of space for two. Bathroom was an acceptable size. It had a proper sized bath, in bath shower, sink and toilet - all super clean and sparkly white. Lots of white fluffy towels too. There wasn't a wardrobe as such - open hanging space - with hangers, a drawer and shelves - but still had plenty of space for all our clothes. There was a mirror with around mirror lighting which was fantastic for doing make up! There was basic facilities such as kettle with tea and coffee, hairdryer and a tv. The room had its own temperature control so you could have the room as cool or has warm as you wanted. My only slight issue was that the window did not open at all - sometimes fresh air is very much needed - especially after a night on the Guinness!!! The bed was super comfy - lots of lovely sleep and seeing as the hotel was on the outskirts of the town it was very peaceful at night. It's approx a 5-10 drive into Derry which is ok (the taxi is only £4.00 - cheap).

There is a Brewers Faye restaurant attached to the hotel - this is where you have your breakfast. Which was top class. We had a veggie fry up most days and there was lots of cereals, fruit, yoghurts toast, croissants etc.... plenty to choose from.

The staff at the hotel were wonderful. Very friendly and very helpful. Nothing was a problem and all service was with a smile. We were very impressed with this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was booked only for travelling and staying a night. I did not expect much at all for a family room paid 99 euro for the 4 plus breakfast was great value. When we got to the hotel the staff were nice everything seemed clean and cosy. As we got to the room there was a small mix up
but was fixed straight away. The room was a bit small but we didn't mind. I loved the buffet they had it's a brilliant idea to pay £6.45 (I think) and eat as much as you wish! Overall great as mentioned before it's a good hotel and good value.

The new hotel has clean rooms and public areas. What it lacks in charm is repaid by its cost, ease of access, ample parking and location. Beds are comfortable, rooms are smallish but extremely functional. If you are looking for special ambiance, this is not the place. But, if you need a clean, safe place to spend the night, you can't go wrong at this location. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I stayed here with my family just before Easter. We were thrilled that there was a Premier Inn opened in Derry as we often travel there, and this meant that we could stay over.
This hotel is lovely. The rooms are just what you would expect from Premier Inn; comfy, clean, and big enough for 4. The staff were lovely, and couldn't do enough for us, including giving us a second key card for the room, and extra pillows. The restaurant is a Brewers Fayre, and is really nice. The food was fab, and even my teenage boy was filled up, which is no mean feat!!
Bottom line is that this hotel is lovely, and I would recommend it to anyone going into Derry. The only problem some people may have with it is that it isn't in the city centre, but that didn't bother us in the slightest.

We stayed for 3 nights at the start of April and after we got over the disaster of the first day ( the charge for our first night was refunded and the problem dealt with by the excellent receptionist at check-out, not by the guy on duty on the day ) the rest or our stay was fine. The room was very clean and was well serviced during our stay, bed comfy, we both slept pretty well. The vast majority of the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast every morning in the Brewers Fayre was varied, plentiful and tasty and the staff friendly and helpful, it was the same when we ate here in the evening, no complaints at all. This was our first stay in a budget hotel and we would definitely stay again.

We ate here after Christmas around January and Febreaury 2013, After the Derry Premier in opened we went along a few times to try it out the restaurant. The first time we ate of the normal menu, food was good, hot and good sized portions, we had fish and chips and scampi and chips, nice friendly atmosphere, warm and cosy. Second time we ate of the '2 for £10' menu and again the food was good quality, hot, slightly smaller portion of chips but the main fish or burger was the same size, probably the best value and quality so would defs eat of this menu again. The thrid time we went along in february was for the buffet, 'Fish shop' night. Selection of fish, chicken, burger like thing? chips, bread sauces etc, This is a case of what you see and pay for is what you get, probably the lowest quality food, again you get what you pay for 6.95. Was ok but would not eat of this menu again fish was not white nor flaky as would have expected more of a mushy type, did not taste great, chick was small half chicken portion, more pigeon sized portion? I personally prefer the full menu or the 2 for 10. ( i have ate of other Premier inn buffets (curry night and was also disappointed.) So would always go for the main or 2 for 10
